About the Role: 
Join Firo Pizza as a Morning Prep team member and kickstart your day in a dynamic kitchen environment! This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy preparing delicious meals for our valued customers. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare ingredients and food items for the day’s menu.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss prep priorities.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers.

Requirements:
 
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
  • Passion for food and commitment to quality service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training a plus.
